Sandipani Vidyashram successfully hosted Kreedotsav, a two-day interschool sports competition on August 29 and 30, 2025. The event, an initiative conceived by Dr. S. Swaminathan, Management Trustee, Sandipani group of schools, saw a massive participation of over 1000 students from 30 different schools, a testament to its success and popularity. Dr. S. Swaminathan guided the school organising committees at every step, ensuring the event's seamless execution.

Inauguration and Day One Highlights:
The event kicked off on August 29 with the hoisting of the national flag by the chief guest, Shri G K Raju, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thiruvidaimaruthur. In his inaugural address, Shri Raju motivated the students, teachers, and audience, urging them to aim high and strive for excellence. He quoted renowned Tamil poet Bharathiar, inspiring everyone to set high standards and aspire to become extraordinary achievers and leaders in life. The first day was dedicated to the preliminary rounds of various sports, including carrom, volleyball, basketball, kho-kho, throwball, chess, table tennis, and kabbadi.

Day Two and Valedictory Ceremony:
The second day featured the final rounds of all the competitions. The participants played with great enthusiasm and sporting spirit, showcasing a 'never-say- die-attitude'. The valedictory ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. P. Senthil, the District Education Officer - Private Schools, Tanjore. He delivered a special address before presenting certificates, prizes, and trophies to the winners and runners-up.
Kreedotsav underscored the importance of physical and mental well-being and the spirit of sportsmanship. The two-day sporting extravaganza was not only a platform for competition but also an inspiring event for all who participated and attended.
