Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Payment

By accessing and using the online fee payment system of Sandipani Vidyashram, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • These terms apply to all users making online payments to [School Name].
  • Sandipani Vidyashram reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
  • Fees can be paid online using various payment methods, including debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.
  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the correct amount is paid and the correct student details are entered.
  • Payments can only be made for the current or due academic sessions as specified by the school.
  • Once the transaction is successfully completed, a digital receipt will be generated and will be available in the school chimes application.
  • Please retain the transaction details for future reference.
  • Online payments may include transaction or processing fees as determined by the payment gateway provider. These charges are borne by the payer.
  • Sandipani Vidyashram is not responsible for any additional bank charges or taxes applied by the payer's financial institution.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
  • In case of excess or duplicate payments, a written request with proof must be submitted to the school office for review.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time (typically 7–14 working days). 

 Failed Transactions

  • Sandipani Vidyashram is not responsible for failed transactions due to network issues, incorrect information, or any technical faults outside the control of the school.
  • If the amount is debited but not reflected in the school’s account, please contact your bank/payment provider for resolution. You may also inform the school with proof of transaction.

Data Privacy and Security

  • All payment information is handled securely through a certified payment gateway.
  • The school does not store or share any sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV, or internet banking credentials.
